At AllPokeTCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
